Watch & learn how to make yummy & mouth watering Veg Sizzler only on Rajshri Food. <br /> <br />Ingredients <br /> <br />For Paneer sticks <br />12-15 paneer cubes <br />1 tsp oil <br />1 tsp Italian herbs <br />1 tsp chilli flakes <br />1 tsp black pepper powder <br />Salt to taste <br />2-4 skewers <br /> <br />For parsley rice <br />1 cup boiled rice <br />3 tbsp fresh parsley <br />1 tbsp salted butter <br />Pinch of black pepper <br />Salt to taste <br /> <br />For Garlic veggies <br />1 tsp oil <br />1 tbsp garlic flakes <br />1/2 cup steamed veggies of choice <br />Salt to taste <br /> <br />For fryums <br />1 medium potato <br />1 medium onion <br /> <br />For extra veggies <br />1/2 tomato <br />1 cup spinach <br />1 tsp chopped garlic <br />Oil to fry <br />Salt to taste <br /> <br />For butter garlic sauce <br />Dash of oil <br />1 tsp butter <br />1 tsp chopped garlic <br />Salt & pepper to taste <br />1 tsp cornflour <br />1 cup water <br /> <br />Cabbage leaves as underliner <br />Butter as required for the smoke <br /> <br />Method: <br /> <br />- Toss the Paneer with oil, chilli flakes, mixed herbs, pepper and salt. Marinate them. <br />- Put them in a wooden skewer. In a pan, heat oil, place the paneer, potatoes, onions, along with tomato. Remove the paneer once done. <br />- Sprinkle salt over the vegetables. Grill the vegetables. Add garlic and spinach leaves along with salt. <br />- Reserve the vegetables once nicely grilled. <br />- Heat the sizzler plate on a medium flame. <br />- In a pan, heat oil and add garlic along with boiled vegetables. Give it a toss. Add salt and pepper. <br />- For parsley rice, in a pan, add butter along with boiled rice, salt, pepper and parsley. Mix them well. <br />- In order to avoid the sizzler assembly burning, place cabbage leaves over the sizzler plate and one by one start assembling the items. <br />- Oil a mold and pat rice in to it firmly. Reheat the vegetables before placing them. <br />- For butter garlic sauce, add oil in pan along with butter, garlic, water, salt and pepper. Add cornflour mixed with water. Allow it to thicken. <br />- Move the sizzle plate on the block of wood and add the butter garlic sauce over it.
